You will join a central People Technology function and take ownership of the day‑to‑day delivery of a major Workday implementation. This role is ideal for a Global HRIS Project Manager who enjoys navigating complexity, bringing structure to large programmes, and ensuring that global teams move in sync toward a shared vision.

- Owning the integrated project plan, milestones, and RAID management to maintain clarity, control, and delivery quality.
- Coordinating functional, technical, regional, and external implementation teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Supporting programme governance through structured reporting, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and decision‑tracking.
- Managing scope, timelines, and budget controls in line with established project management frameworks.
- Maintaining documentation and supporting activities related to testing, cutover, and deployment readiness.
- Facilitating communication across HR, IT, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday (preferred) or other cloud‑based HR platforms such as Oracle HCM or SuccessFactors.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and vendors across regions and time zones.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Understanding of HR processes, integrations, and data governance.
- Willingness to travel internationally during key project phases.
