Principal Talent Specialist (Engineering) – Actalent (FTE)

What You’ll Do

Source – Find the talent that builds the future

• Build strong pipelines of Mechanical Engineers, Process Engineers, Automation Specialists, Operations Managers, and more.
• Use both internal tools and creative external sourcing strategies to attract top performers.
• Actively network through industry events, career fairs, and professional associations.

Screen – Ensure excellence, every time

• Professionally assess candidates for skill, fit, and alignment with client needs.
• Lead interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
• Present opportunities with insight and credibility.

Serve – Be a trusted career partner

• Craft compelling candidate submissions for client review.
• Guide talent through every stage of the interview process.
• Provide ongoing consultant care and relationship management.
• Support and supervise engaged consultants with confidence and empathy.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of engineering recruitment experience within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Strong customer or sales‑focused mindset.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, target-driven team environment.
• Ability to speak knowledgeably about manufacturing engineering challenges (throughput, quality, CI, automation, etc.).
• A passion for connecting people with opportunity and delivering an exceptional talent experience.
