A leading international firm is seeking a talented 2+ PQE Real Estate Disputes Lawyer to join its highly regarded London team. The Team
You’ll join a national Real Estate Disputes practice acting for major institutional landlords, well‑known retailers, developers, investors and infrastructure clients. The London team combines technical excellence with a genuinely collaborative culture. You’ll work alongside outstanding Partners, Managing Associates and a strong group of Associates who invest heavily in each other’s development.
The Work
You’ll handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:
- Lease renewals (contested and uncontested)
- Dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and possession
- Building Safety Act matters
- Rights of light and development disputes
- Property management issues and professional negligence
- High‑value and high‑profile litigation for key clients
You’ll manage your own files with support where needed and play a meaningful role on larger, strategic matters. Expect early client exposure, real responsibility and clear opportunities to build your profile.
Requirements
- UK‑qualified solicitor with 2+ PQE in real estate disputes
- Strong technical ability and commercial judgment
- Confident communicator with excellent client skills
- Organised, proactive and able to handle varied workloads
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high‑performing environment
