Senior Conference Producer - Finance Events

£45,000 - £55,000

Central London (hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Conference Producer to lead the development of a high-level finance event which is attended by senior decision-makers across banking, investment, fintech, and financial services.

This is a role which requires the producer to manage the content process on one large-scale quality-driven event. You’ll work in conjunction with the editorial and community function to ensure that the speakers are best in-class whilst managing relationships with key commercial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver premium finance conference programmes from inception to live event
• Develop compelling, data-driven agendas that attract senior-level audiences (C-suite, Heads of, Directors)
• Coordinate and manage the speaker selection process
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximise event performance
• Manage event timelines, speaker logistics, and content quality to ensure flawless delivery
• Continuously evaluate event performance and refine content strategy to drive growth

About You

• 3+ years’ experience as a Conference Producer, ideally within finance, banking, investment, fintech, or capital markets
• Proven track record of producing quality-driven content programmes
• Strong understanding of financial markets and the issues facing senior finance professionals
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Commercially minded, curious, and motivated by building best-in-class events
