Designer – Corporate Templates & Production - Corporate Company
Location: London (5 days onsite)

We’re partnering with a highly respected corporate organisation looking for a detail-driven Designer / Artworker to join their production team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a corporate, financial or professional services environment who enjoys structured design work and thrives on precision, consistency and efficiency. The role focuses heavily on building, refining and maintaining templates, ensuring large volumes of content are delivered to a flawless and professional standard.
The Role
Working closely with analysts and internal teams, you’ll help produce and maintain templated reports, documents and branded materials used across the business. This is a production-focused design role rather than a conceptual one — perfect for someone who loves formatting, structuring information and making complex content clean, clear and on-brand.
You’ll play a key role in improving workflows through strong template creation and document systems, ensuring all output meets strict brand, compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating, refining and maintaining document templates used across teams
- Formatting high-volume reports and research documents to strict brand standards
- Supporting teams with formatting and technical troubleshooting across Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Assisting with testing and improving templates before wider rollout
- Producing final publication-ready files for distribution
- Designing branded graphics for marketing, internal comms and corporate updates
- Supporting presentation formatting across the business
- Ensuring consistency across all visual output and branded assets
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in document production, publishing, research support or similar corporate design environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel formatting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (essential)
- Strong layout, typography and formatting skills
- Experience building or maintaining templates and structured documents
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
- After Effects or Premiere experience
- Experience producing branded digital assets
- Exposure to publishing or distribution platforms
