*This is an on site role at the head office in Kent. The focus is managing multiple site projects ensuring H&S, Contracts, Site Management, and all other aspects are running on time and to standards.

A fast-growing renewable energy and sustainability specialist, delivering Solar PV, EV charging and wider ESG solutions across new build housing developments and retrofit construction projects.


The business provides end-to-end renewable energy solutions, supporting developers, contractors and commercial clients in achieving sustainability targets and long-term carbon reduction goals. With a strong and expanding project pipeline, the company is seeking an experienced Solar PV Contracts Manager to lead delivery across multiple schemes throughout Kent and the South East.


The Role

The Solar PV Contracts Manager will take ownership of project delivery from pre-construction handover through to commissioning and post-completion. Projects include multi-plot residential developments, commercial retrofit installations and large-scale energy efficiency upgrades.


This is a pivotal role within the delivery team, responsible for commercial performance, programme management, team coordination and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full contract management from handover through to commissioning and post-completion
  • Act as the central coordination point between clients, QS teams, project managers, design teams and installation teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to contractual specifications
  • Lead material procurement and revenue forecasting
  • Manage labour scheduling, materials allocation and equipment planning
  • Build strong client and site manager relationships through regular communication and reporting
  • Ensure all DNO applications, RAMS, O&M manuals and certifications are accurate and delivered on time
  • Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Manage installation teams to ensure quality, safety and efficiency standards are maintained

About You

  • Proven experience managing Solar PV projects within the renewable energy sector
  • Strong contracts management background
  • Electrical qualifications or technical knowledge (desirable)
  • Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding
  • Experience managing budgets, teams, timelines and technical delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
