Transformation Consultant - Permanent & Contract Opportunities

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 or Contract day rate competitive

Location: Bristol or London (Hybrid)

Security Clearance: Active SC or DV – Essential

Key areas of focus:

• Deliver organisational and workforce transformation across digital and cyber programmes
• Design and implement operating models, organisational structures and workforce strategies
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement and communications
• Conduct data-driven organisational diagnostics and workforce analytics
• Support AI adoption, agile change and digital culture transformation
• Facilitate business analysis, service design and process improvement
• Develop workplans and lead defined project deliverables
• Contribute to business development and internal capability growth

Key Experience required:

• Active SC or DV Clearance (mandatory)
• Experience delivering digital or cyber transformation in complex public sector environments
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to operate in high-pressure, time-critical settings
• Expertise in one or more of:
• Digital & Workforce Change
• Organisational Design
• Business Analysis & Service Design
• AI-enabled workforce or process transformation
