Delegated Underwriting Assistant - Lloyd’s Syndicate - London

I’m currently supporting a highly regarded Lloyd’s Syndicate with the hire of a Delegated Underwriting Assistant, reporting directly into the Delegated Underwriting Manager.

This is a genuinely strong opportunity for someone already operating within Delegated Authority who wants broader exposure across oversight, reporting and compliance within a well-structured and respected platform.

The role will include:

• Coverholder due diligence and PBQA reviews
• Supporting the audit function and follow-up actions
• Bordereaux oversight - mapping, processing and data review
• ATLAS & DCOM administration
• Production of delegated underwriting MI, monthly packs and regulatory reporting
• Liaison across Underwriting, Claims, Finance and Compliance
• Ensuring adherence to Lloyd’s “Principles”

They’re looking for someone who:

• Has prior Delegated Underwriting experience within the Lloyd’s market
• Understands Lloyd’s reporting requirements and “The Principles”
• Is analytically strong, detail-oriented and confident handling data
• Can prioritise effectively and work collaboratively across teams
