AJ Chambers is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Secretary to support a dynamic property team.
The ideal candidate will be diligent, highly self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Partners and senior fee earners on a wide range of tasks relating to both commercial and residential property matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to fee earners.
- Draft property-related documents and invoices.
- Organise payments, exchanges, and completions.
- Assist with post-completion processes, including Land Registry and Companies House submissions.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, maintaining the firms high standard of client care.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in property administration (commercial and residential).
- Proven experience supporting senior staff, including Partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
- IT literate, with a willingness to learn new systems.
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality client service, including examples of going above and beyond.
