Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a super-prime development in London. This is a flagship project requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong commercial control, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments at the highest level of the luxury hospitality market.

You will take ownership from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring the project is delivered to exacting quality standards, on programme and within budget.


Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a super-prime build in a central London location
  • Manage consultants, contractors, and specialist trade packages
  • Oversee programme, cost, quality, and risk across all project stages
  • Coordinate with designers, operators, and client representatives to ensure brand and operational requirements are fully integrated
  • Manage procurement strategies and contract administration
  • Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, health & safety, and local authority requirements
  • Report progress clearly and accurately to senior stakeholders


About You

  • Proven experience delivering high-value luxury hotel, super prime residential, or mixed-use projects in London
  • Strong background in construction project management, ideally on complex, design-led builds
  • Excellent commercial and contractual understanding
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
  • Detail-driven, calm under pressure, and comfortable operating in a high-expectation environment
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM) preferred
