The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of family matters, including:

• Private children law matters
• Matrimonial and divorce proceedings
• Ancillary relief / financial settlements
• Domestic proceedings
• Advising and representing clients at court where appropriate

The Candidate

• NQ up to 5 years’ PQE
• Experienced in managing or assisting with a family law caseload
• Confident in handling sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
• Well organised with strong client care skills
• Keen to build a long-term career within family law
