Job description
Job Title: Digital Media Manager @ Global Luxury Retail Brand
Location: Central London - 5x days in the office
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 DOE
This is a newly created opportunity to take full ownership of Paid Social and Programmatic within a globally recognised luxury brand.
Working alongside a London-based digital agency, you’ll be expected to operate as an equal, confidently challenging strategy, interrogating reporting, and going deep into platform backends to shape performance.
This isn’t a light-touch brand media role. They want someone technically strong, data-driven and commercially sharp who can bridge brand and performance seamlessly.
If you thrive in environments where you can blend strategic thinking with hands-on platform expertise, and understand the longer consideration journey of high-value luxury purchases, this is a great role!
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Pinterest and YouTube
- Drive performance from upper-funnel brand awareness through to lower-funnel conversion
- Manage global paid media activity across multiple markets
- Interrogate and challenge agency strategy, setup and reporting
- Analyse performance data independently and translate insights into clear optimisation plans
- Manage budgets with clear commercial accountability and ROI focus
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years’ experience across Paid Social and Programmatic
- Deep platform expertise with ability to work confidently in platform backends
- Strong analytical capability, able to shape strategy from data
- Experience operating in full-funnel roles with commercial KPIs
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and holding agencies to account
- Understanding of high AOV / long consideration purchase journeys (luxury experience highly desirable)
Why Apply?
- Newly structured role with genuine full-funnel ownership
- Clear commercial impact and ecommerce alignment
- Global remit within an internationally recognised luxury brand
