Dalkia Engineering is a leading provider of technical, engineering and energy solutions across the UK. We deliver complex projects with a focus on innovation, safety and sustainability, supporting clients across healthcare, industrial, commercial and energy sectors.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Specialist Services team, the initial assignment will be at Hunterston B Power station with future assignments at other power stations within the EDF & NRS fleet. You’ll lead multidiscipline projects across Nuclear Operations, Cleanrooms, Infrastructure and E&I, working closely with Operations Managers and clients. This is a full‑time role, with time to be spent on site at Hunterston B & working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project preparation, delivery and completion, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor progress, risks and opportunities, optimising delivery with key stakeholders.
• Review design feasibility and ensure construction works comply with company processes.
• Manage and develop engineering and supervisory teams.
• Oversee project budgets, cost plans and subcontractor performance.
• Drive Zero Harm, ensuring strong HS&E performance and compliance.
• Lead handover documentation, reporting, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Support procurement, commercial decisions and work‑winning activities.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of civil/building services.
• HNC/NVQ in Engineering and Project Management qualifications (desirable).
• Security Clearance (SC) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience in nuclear operations or high‑security environments.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS required.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors and deliver complex construction projects.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
