Recruitment Advisor – Leading Law Firm

Must Have Legal Recruitment Experience

A leading London law firm is looking for a proactive, relationship‑driven Recruitment Professional to join their high‑performing HR team.

The Role

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across fee earners, business services, and trainee pathways
• Proactively source and pipeline legal talent using direct methods
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and agencies
• Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding
• Provide market insights to hiring managers and support recruitment best practice
• Drive process improvements and help shape recruitment strategy
• Support trainee attraction and assessment processes
• Oversee onboarding and coordinate with HR support teams
• Promote DEI across all recruitment activity and help introduce inclusive hiring initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Legal recruitment experience is essential (agency, in-house, or preferably both)
• Experience hiring fee earners within the legal or professional services sector
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence using direct recruitment tools
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building ability
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A collaborative, proactive approach and commitment to outstanding candidate care
• Experience using ATS systems and driving process efficiencies
• A genuine interest in legal career pathways and market trends
• A commitment to delivering diverse and inclusive recruitment processes
