Welo Data is seeking elite Vietnamese-speaking talent for the Project Lynx studio recording launch. We are looking for both the Voices and the Visionaries to help us build culturally authentic AI technology.

If you have a background in performance, public speaking, or creative direction, this is your chance to join a high-paying, professional studio project starting immediately.

Available Roles & Compensation

We are hiring for two distinct positions across our three studio hubs.

Note: Specific hourly rates within the range are determined by your location (London, NYC, or Seattle).

1. Recording & Performance Talent

Rate: $46 – $55 / hour

• The Vibe: You are the voice of the project. You’ll bring scripts to life and use your improvisation skills to create natural, engaging Vietnamese-audio.
• Best For: Actors, podcasters, teachers, and public speakers.

2. Recording Director (Session Lead)

Rate: $53 – $64 / hour

• The Vibe: You are the coach in the booth. You’ll guide performers, provide feedback on cultural nuance, and ensure the session hits the highest quality standards.
• Best For: Creative directors, acting coaches, or seasoned media professionals.

Project Logistics

• Locations: On-site professional studios in London, Manchester, and Seattle.
• Timing: 4–8 hours per session | Up to 2+ days per week.
• Timeline: 3-week initial sprint starting the week of February 23rd.
• Language: Native/Professional Vietnamese (Modern Standard) + Fluent English.

Requirements at a Glance

• Linguistic Depth: Deep understanding of Vietnamese cultural nuances and "Modern Standard" usage.
• Studio Presence: Comfortable in a professional recording environment.
• Creative Agility: Ability to improvise, take direction, or (for Directors) give constructive feedback on the fly.
• Local Residency: Must be able to commute to the studio in your selected city.
