Senior / Associate Building Surveyor

South East London| Up to £80,000 | Hybrid – 2 Days WFH

Join a long-established, independent building consultancy with a strong reputation for technical excellence and lasting client relationships across London and the South East. With a varied portfolio spanning residential, education, healthcare and commercial sectors, their projects are predominantly based within the M25.

They are looking to appoint a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to play a key role within a collaborative and experienced team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects, strengthen client relationships and progress your career within a supportive, people-focused practice.

What You’ll Get

• Up to £80,000 + Car allowance
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown
• Hybrid working – 2 days from home

The Role

• Lead projects from inception through to completion
• Client-facing responsibilities including meetings and reporting
• Contract administration and site inspections
• Deliver work across residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors
• Contribute to a collaborative, tight-knit team environment

About You

• Degree in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
• Strong experience in project delivery and contract administration
• Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach
