Delivery Lead / Project Manager

Belfast | Hybrid

MPA are partnering with an elite Canadian tech firm expanding their Belfast presence to hire a Delivery Lead / Project Manager to drive complex, client-facing technology projects from end to end.

This is a leadership role for someone who can independently run multiple technical programmes, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across cloud and enterprise systems.

The Role

You’ll act as the primary point of accountability for client delivery — leading cross-functional engineering teams while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.

This is not a coordination-only PM role. You’ll need strong technical fluency and the confidence to operate in complex, fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects
• Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, vendors)
• Own client communication, stakeholder alignment, and expectation management
• Facilitate discovery workshops, sprint planning, and milestone reviews
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Ensure quality, compliance, and delivery standards are met
• Contribute to improving internal delivery frameworks and best practices

Required Experience

• 5+ years in Project Management or Delivery Leadership within tech or consulting environments
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects
• Strong client-facing experience with senior-level stakeholders
• Solid understanding of modern technology ecosystems, system integration, and cloud-based delivery
• Strong risk management and planning capability
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies

Strongly Preferred

• Experience delivering cloud, AI/ML, or data-intensive platforms
• Exposure to financial services, payments, or regulated environments
• Experience contributing to delivery standards or governance frameworks
• Relevant PM or Agile certifications
