Pan European Real Estate Private Equity fund is looking to hire an Investment Analyst in London to support . The Analyst will be involved in all aspects of analysis and execution including the underwriting of new investments, on-going asset management, and portfolio strategy and optimization.


Key responsibilities

  • The firm focuses on identifying and executing investment opportunities across the UK and European markets.
  • Responsible for supporting the investment team in the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate transactions.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, sensitivity analyses, and various scenario stress testing.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand sector trends, rental dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in the due diligence process by liaising with brokers, lawyers, and other third-party advisors to gather critical property information.
  • Support the investment team throughout the transaction process, including preparation of term sheets, coordination of legal documentation, and closing logistics.
  • Provide asset management support and financial analysis including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses and on-going monitoring of investment performance.
  • Preparation of fundraising and investor reporting materials .


Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; preferable a Master’s degree.
  • 6 – 12 months of experience as an Investment analyst in real estate private equity or real estate investment banking.
  • Proven deal track record in real estate investment, ideally across a broad range of real estate sectors.
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English – 2nd European Language a benefit (Dutch/German/Spanish).
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and a team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial private equity environment.
  • A keen interest in the real estate sector and a desire to build a career in private equity.
  • The successful hire will enjoy broad responsibilities and sit closely to the senior members of the team.
