Title: Senior Interior Designer

This is a heavily FF&E-focused Senior Interior Designer position, suited to someone with deep expertise in furniture, finishes, lighting, and bespoke joinery, combined with exceptional technical and drawing ability. The role centres on leading and delivering fully resolved FF&E schemes, managing procurement end-to-end, and producing highly detailed drawing packages that translate design intent clearly and accurately.


This well-respected and design-led interior studio is known for its distinctive approach to high-end private residential projects. Their work thoughtfully combines one-off vintage pieces with beautifully crafted bespoke designs, creating layered and characterful interiors. Alongside a strong creative identity, the studio places significant emphasis on technical precision and quality execution.


Working closely with the Creative Directors and senior team, you will lead numerous luxury residential projects from concept to completion, taking ownership of FF&E space planning, specification, budgeting, procurement, and final installation. This is a hands-on role requiring outstanding drawing skills, strong technical knowledge, and confidence coordinating complex bespoke elements.


  • Leads projects from concept to completion, with a strong emphasis on FF&E delivery
  • Develops and refines design schemes, presentations, and FF&E space planning
  • Produces and oversees highly detailed technical drawing packages, including bespoke joinery detailing
  • Manages project budgets, specifications, and consultant coordination
  • Sources one-off vintage pieces, bespoke furniture, finishes, and lighting
  • Oversees FF&E procurement, timelines, and installation
  • Reviews supplier technical drawings and works closely with contractors to ensure design accuracy and quality execution
  • Acts as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Mentors and supports junior and mid-weight designers
