Job description
The Role:
As Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers across NHS and private pathology laboratories, supporting order processing, service coordination and general customer enquiries.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and confident communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders for instrumentation, consumables and spare parts
- Coordinating with field service engineers regarding service requests and installations
- Liaising with internal departments including logistics, finance and technical teams
- Managing CRM updates and maintaining accurate customer records
- Supporting service contract administration
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing or service coordination
- Experience within medical devices
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with CRM / ERP systems
- High attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
