Information Technology Delivery Manager

Job description

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who knows how to get software built and shipped in fast-moving, tech-led environments. This role is ideal for someone from InsurTech, tech startups, or modern insurance teams and very much not a traditional, plan-heavy PM.

You’ll wear the Delivery Manager and Scrum Master hat, working hands-on with software engineers and product leaders to deliver real outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery across complex, software-driven initiatives
• Act as Scrum Master, embedding strong Agile and Scrum practices
• Work closely with software developers building internal or B2B/B2C applications
• Plan and track delivery against outcomes, KPIs and dependencies
• Proactively manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies
• Keep delivery governance and reporting clear, pragmatic and lightweight
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and ways of working

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in InsurTech, tech startups, or technology-led insurance environments
• Strong background delivering software products, not just vendor implementations
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Comfortable in hybrid environments and evolving delivery models
• Confident, pragmatic, and delivery-focused

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM)
• PRINCE2 or PMP
• Lean or Continuous Improvement experience

Flexible hybrid working model depending on needs of the business - expect 1-2 days/week in London office
