Compen We’re Hiring: Field Analytics Analyst (6‑Month Contract)

Location: Europe (Hybrid) — UK preferred Function: International Sales Operations / Field Analytics Level: Analyst (Individual Contributor)


Are you someone who thrives on turning data into clarity? We’re looking for a detail‑driven Field Analytics Analyst to support commercial teams across international markets. This is a hands‑on role where precision, curiosity, and reliability truly matter.

You’ll work at the heart of our commercial organisation — maintaining dashboards, preparing reports, supporting KPI tracking, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across regions. If you enjoy structured reporting, recurring deliverables, and the occasional ad‑hoc analytical challenge, you’ll feel right at home.


What You’ll Do

Field Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports
  • Analyse trends, performance gaps, and execution metrics
  • Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc analyses with accuracy and speed

KPI Tracking & Data Preparation

  • Support tracking of commercial KPIs across markets
  • Extract, clean, validate, and structure data from Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel and other sources
  • Ensure consistency of definitions and flag data quality issues

Dashboard & Tool Maintenance

  • Maintain and update existing dashboards
  • Support enhancements and document reporting logic

Operational Support

  • Assist Sales Operations and Field Analytics projects
  • Support testing, validation, and rollout of new tools or reports
  • Contribute to documentation and basic training materials


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical fundamentals and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with structured reporting and recurring deliverables
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to support senior analysts
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, international environment

Background & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, IT, or similar
  • Early experience or internship in analytics, sales operations, or reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce reporting
  • Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
  • Clear, structured communication and strong numerical skills
