Senior Site Manager – Residential Fit Out

The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a Tier 1 residential developer on a landmark, long-term scheme in Wapping.

This flagship new-build residential development will run for the next decade and, once complete, will deliver 2,500 high end apartments, alongside premium amenities and public realm. You will play a key role overseeing the internal fit-out phases, helping to set the quality benchmark across one of London’s most prestigious residential schemes.

The Role

Reporting into the Project Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the fit-out works across multiple blocks and phases, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating all internal fit-out activities
• Overseeing subcontractors and direct labour on site
• Driving quality control to meet high-end residential specifications
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
• Managing short-term programmes and contributing to overall project planning
• Liaising closely with design, commercial, and client teams
• Managing snagging, commissioning, and handover processes

About you:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager (or strong Site Manager ready to step up) on large-scale residential projects
• Extensive experience delivering high quality residential fit-out works
• Background working with Tier 1 or leading residential developers / main contractors
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage multiple work fronts in a fast-paced environment
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified etc
