Job description
Operations & Data Analyst | Fast-Growth Ecommerce Brand | London
The Client
Our client is a Fast-Growth Ecommerce Brand that has scaled rapidly by building highly shareable consumer products with global appeal. In a short space of time, the business has become one of the most impressive founder-led growth stories in the UK, driven by viral distribution, strong product-market fit, and sharp operational execution.
Behind the scenes, the company operates with a lean, high-ownership mindset. Teams are trusted to take responsibility, build systems that scale, and improve the way things work every week. The culture values speed, precision, and long-term thinking — with a strong emphasis on data and operational excellence as key growth levers.
As the business continues to expand internationally and across multiple marketplaces, strengthening the analytical and operational backbone has become a major priority.
The Role
This Operations & Data Analyst role sits at the core of the company’s ecommerce and marketplace infrastructure. It’s a foundational position focused on ensuring operational performance is visible, measurable, and continuously improving — while also building the systems and processes that support scale.
You’ll combine hands-on operational ownership with analytical problem-solving, using data to identify issues, surface opportunities, and inform better decision-making. Alongside maintaining day-to-day marketplace health, you’ll play a key role in reducing manual work through smarter processes and automation. As the business grows, the scope and impact of this role will grow with it.
Key Responsibilities
- Own operational performance across key ecommerce marketplaces
- Analyse trading, inventory, and account data to identify risks and opportunities
- Build, improve, and maintain reporting that gives teams clear performance visibility
- Design and document scalable processes that support revenue growth
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to reduce manual workload
- Maintain high standards across listings, account health, and operational workflows
What the Client Would Like to See
- Strong ownership mindset with confidence taking responsibility for key metrics
- Analytical thinking and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and new tools
- A systems-led approach to problem solving and process design
- Proactive attitude toward fixing issues and improving performance
- Interest in applying AI and automation to improve ecommerce operations
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail
What We Would Like to See
- Experience in an operations, analytics, or ecommerce-focused role
- Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon experience is a plus)
- Evidence of building or improving reporting, workflows, or internal systems
- Confidence learning new tools and adapting in fast-changing environments
- A methodical, structured approach paired with commercial awareness
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + benefits
