Job description
This is not a user story-writing role.
This is strategic business analysis at programme level.
We’re supporting a major Life transformation programme migrating legacy Life systems to Salesforce, redesigning processes, and reshaping the end-to-end customer and user experience.
They already have a Senior BA in place. They now need another experienced operator to strengthen the analysis capability at the right level.
What you’ll really be doing:
- Leading discovery before detail
- Defining scope clearly and confidently
- High-level business process modelling (current & future state)
- Documenting high-level requirements with clear traceability to OKRs
- Acting as the bridge between Solution Architecture and senior Life business stakeholders
- Articulating risks, barriers and organisational impacts clearly
This programme hasn’t progressed as effectively as planned. The business needs someone credible enough to challenge, influence and move conversations forward — particularly with long-standing stakeholders operating within complex legacy systems.
This is for you if:
- You’re comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level
- You’ve worked on large transformation / migration programmes
- You think in outcomes, not just outputs
- You’re strong on process modelling and scope definition
- You’ve worked across Agile and Waterfall environments
Interview process:
- 20-minute screening
- 1-hour Teams interview
If you’re a senior BA who naturally operates above the granular detail and enjoys shaping complex change at a strategic level, I’d be keen to speak.
