Job Title: Talent Manager (Influencers)
Hours: Full time (09:30-17:30 Monday-Friday with an early finish on Friday)
Salary: £35K - £40K per year DOE + up to 10% bonus twice a year
Location: North London (office-based role)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our growing team.
This role focuses on managing and developing influencer talent, acting as their primary point of contact, and supporting their career growth, content strategy, and day-to-day management needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned influencers.
• Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for talent.
• Oversee career development, content direction, and long-term growth strategy.
• Provide guidance on brand collaborations and ensure smooth campaign execution in collaboration with internal teams.
• Support talent with planning, scheduling, and general management needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and monetisation.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and platform developments.
• Handle challenges or sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Talent Manager within the influencer, social media, or entertainment space.
• Proven experience managing influencer or creator relationships.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple talents simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure.
