Lead Concierge – Luxury Residential | Central London

• Salary: £36,000 + Bonus + 25 Days Annual Leave
• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Concierge to join a prestigious, high-end residential development in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality-driven professional to deliver a true 5-star hotel-style service within a luxury residential environment while leading and inspiring an established Front of House team.

The Role

As Lead Concierge, you will be the face of the building — setting the tone for service excellence and creating an outstanding living experience for residents.

You will:

• Deliver a seamless, 5-star concierge service to residents and their guests
• Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team
• Oversee daily operations of the reception and concierge desk
• Handle resident enquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Ensure service standards reflect a luxury hospitality environment
• Build strong relationships with residents, contractors and stakeholders
• Maintain immaculate presentation and operational standards at all times

About You

We are looking for someone polished, proactive and service-led, with:

• Experience in high-end residential or luxury hospitality environments
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• A strong understanding of 5-star service standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, solution-focused approach
• Impeccable personal presentation
