We are searching for a Senior Sous Chef to work directly alongside one of the UK’s most exciting Michelin-starred chefs.

This is for a chef with strong classical foundations who wants real exposure to a new cuisine that will stretch their thinking and sharpen their craft.

The role

A senior hands-on leadership role with real influence in an open-plan kitchen.

You will:

• Work side by side with the Head Chef to deliver his vision every service
• Lead from the front on the pass and in prep, visible and composed
• Thrive in an open kitchen environment where standards and energy are on show
• Train and develop a high calibre brigade
• Shape menus with respect for technique and ingredients
• Own standards across mise en place, stock, costs, and food safety
