Central London – Fully Onsite

Contract: 09/03/2026 – 05/06/2026

⏰ 37.5 hours per week

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Merchandiser to join a dynamic luxury fashion environment on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a product category and drive commercial performance from concept to exit.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning and driving the product category, managing the full lifecycle from brief to exit
• Developing and presenting the range plan, including pricing architecture, carry-over strategy, and competitive positioning
• Strategically managing raw material bookings with accurate system input and executive reporting
• Leading product delist and markdown strategy, presenting recommendations to senior leadership
• Analysing daily and weekly sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and partnering with Planning to drive action
• Leading cross-functional collaboration across Sourcing, Design, Product Development, and Planning
• Leveraging regional feedback and market insights to inform data-driven product decisions
• Influencing stakeholders confidently across functions and seniority levels
• Coaching and developing an Assistant Merchandiser to ensure strong performance and progression
• Delivering projects end-to-end with strong execution and on-time delivery
• Ensuring accuracy of seasonal tools and PLM data
• Supporting market training initiatives and operational efficiency

About You

• Proven experience within luxury fashion merchandising
• Strong menswear market awareness and product sensitivity (Must have)
• Commercially sharp with a strong analytical mindset
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proactive, accountable, and action-oriented
