Product Manager

Digital Waffle is looking for a Product Manager

Job description

A VC-backed AI business is hiring an Integrations Manager to help scale and embed its technology across a growing portfolio of UK-based businesses. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in real-world environments, enjoys problem solving on the ground, and knows how to bring structure to fast-moving operational settings.

The business is building an AI-enabled platform that modernises and integrates service-led organisations, using automation and AI to transform operations, margins and customer experience. Integration sits at the heart of the model, and this role plays a critical part in making that work at scale.

Role: Integrations Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Location: London (Moorgate) - hybrid working, 3 days per week onsite

Travel: Weekly travel to client sites across the UK, fully expensed

What you will be doing:

  • Owning the integration of newly acquired businesses into the wider platform
  • Working directly with operational teams to understand workflows, systems and challenges
  • Implementing integration playbooks while adapting to different business contexts
  • Acting as the bridge between technology, operations and leadership
  • Supporting the rollout of AI and automation tools into live environments
  • Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes and performance
  • Gathering feedback from teams and feeding insights back into product and platform development
  • Managing multiple integrations at once in a fast-paced environment

What you will need:

  • Experience working in operational, transformation or integration focused roles
  • Comfortable operating on site, inside offices and alongside frontline teams
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and build structure as you go
  • Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
  • Interest in AI, automation and technology-led transformation

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to £60,000
  • Hybrid working with a London base
  • Fully expensed travel to client sites
  • High ownership role with visible impact
  • Opportunity to work at the centre of an AI-led scale-up
  • Exposure to multiple businesses and complex real-world challenges

If you enjoy being close to the action, solving problems in live environments and helping businesses modernise through technology, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact.
