Customer Vulnerability SME (Contract)


UK | Remote

4–5 Months | 2–3 Days per Week

Financial Services | FCA | Consumer Duty


We’re looking for an experienced Customer Vulnerability SME to support the design and accreditation of a new vulnerability training qualification for branch-based banking colleagues.


This programme will equip CRMs and PBMs to confidently:

• Identify vulnerable and potentially vulnerable customers

• Communicate appropriately and sensitively

• Apply FCA and Consumer Duty expectations in real conversations

• Strengthen digital inclusion and financial resilience


You’ll work alongside our learning and design team to ensure everything we build is aligned to best-in-class vulnerability standards and UK regulatory expectations.


What we’re looking for:

✔ Deep vulnerability expertise within UK financial services

✔ Strong understanding of FCA / Consumer Duty

✔ Experience implementing or advising on vulnerability frameworks

✔ Experience supporting frontline retail banking environments

✔ Ability to turn regulatory requirements into practical behaviours


This is a high-impact contract shaping accredited training that will go live across a major financial services organisation.
