Our client, an established and reputable law practice in Greater Manchester, is seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team.

The Role
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
- Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm-wide procedures
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with over 5 years PQE with proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
- Professional, client-focused approach
