Building Safety Manager (High-Rise Residential)

£54,000 - £64,000

London based

We’re supporting a large London-based housing organisation to appoint a Building Safety Manager responsible for a portfolio of high-rise buildings.

This is a hands-on role for a technically confident professional who can balance regulatory compliance, on-site audits and resident engagement. You’ll manage building safety cases, work closely with contractors and internal teams, and provide assurance to both residents and the Regulator under the Building Safety Act.

The organisation is looking for day-one competence, strong technical experience in building safety, fire or structural disciplines, backed by recognised qualifications (or a clear pathway towards them). The ability to interpret technical information, manage risk and challenge where needed is essential.
