Underwriter Property Owners
Colchester
£40,000 to £50,000
4 days in the office per week
Are you an experienced insurance professional with a passion for E-Trade and Acturis? We’re looking for a talented Underwriter to join a dynamic team and help shape the future of digital trading.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop a book of new business within the E-Trade proposition.
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships, ensuring exceptional service and trading excellence.
- Collaborate with IT and Technical Underwriting teams to enhance Acturis products and processes.
- Review and underwrite quotations across multiple products within appetite, resolving queries promptly.
- Act as a referral point for junior colleagues and support team performance within SLA targets.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in underwriting with E-Trade, Acturis or property owners insurance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain broker relationships.
- Proactive approach to improving processes and delivering compliant customer outcomes.
