Job description
An elite US firm is seeking a 4+ PQE associate to join its well-reputed Tax practice in London.
In this role, you will advise the firm's clients on tax matters related to M&A , restructuring, debt and equity capital markets , structured finance, and leveraged finance. The team regularly advises investment funds, banks, and large corporates from the regulated financial, aviation, infrastructure, energy, and real estate sectors.
The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified associate with over four years' PQE at a top tax practice in London, advising on corporate and finance tax matters.
