Associate Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

London | £70,000 – £75,000 + package


I’m working with a well-established and growing construction consultancy in London that is looking to appoint an Associate Project Manager to join their expanding team.

This is a great opportunity to take on a senior role within a collaborative environment, leading on large-scale regeneration and major residential developments across the capital.


The role

You’ll play a key part in delivering complex projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and supporting the growth of the wider team. This position offers a strong balance of project leadership, client engagement, and team development.


Key responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of large regeneration and residential schemes across all project stages
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact
  • Overseeing programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the London team


About you

  • MRICS (essential)
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale residential and/or regeneration projects within a consultancy environment
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident leading projects and supporting teams
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
