Real Estate Solicitor – 12‑Month FTC | Birmingham

A well‑established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy property team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is based in Birmingham with hybrid working. You’ll handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, working with a diverse client base on high‑quality transactions across the sector.

You will manage a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects, while advising on more complex transactions where required. The position also involves supervising junior team members and contributing to wider team objectives. Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to run a busy caseload independently are essential.
