Associate Solicitor

Real Estate, London, 18 mths - 3 PQE, Leading firm

I have had the heads-up from my client, an international City firm with a top tier Real Estate practice, which is looking for a solicitor with between 18 months - 3 years' experience to join.

You will work with a diverse client base — including investors, developers, lenders, occupiers and global corporates — across every major asset class; office, hospitality, retail, data centres, industrial and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

You will advise on a broad spectrum of Real Estate matters, including:

Acquisitions and disposals

Joint ventures and structuring

Development projects (planning, environmental and construction matters)

Leasing and asset management

Cross-border transactions

About You

Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions

Excellent technical and drafting skills

Commercial awareness and strategic thinking

Motivated to build long-term client relationships.
