The Role
You’ll lead retained assignments end-to-end, partnering with founders, boards, and C-suite stakeholders to deliver senior leadership talent.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading client briefings and shaping role mandates
- Designing and executing research-led search strategies
- Market mapping and competitor analysis
- Direct approach and candidate engagement at senior level
- Managing structured interview processes
- Delivering longlists, shortlists, and detailed candidate reports
- Providing consultative insight on compensation, market trends, and talent availability
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–8+ years’ experience in agency recruitment or executive search
- Exposure to retained search (or strong desire to transition from contingent)
- Experience working on senior-level roles (Head of, Director, VP, C-suite)
- Strong research and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of professionalism and credibility
- Confident running client conversations independently
