Up to £47,000

Leicester – Hybrid (4 days onsite, 5 days during initial training)

THE ROLE

As a Power BI Developer, you’ll be embedded within the Finance team, working closely with analytics specialists to deliver insightful dashboards that improve efficiency and decision-making.

You’ll:

• Develop Power BI dashboards across four core finance areas
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive visualisations.
• Drive data storytelling, turning numbers into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support the adoption of self-service analytics, reducing ad hoc reporting demand.

This role is perfect for someone who loves combining technical ability with strong business understanding, and wants to make a tangible impact on processes and performance.

YOUR SKILLS

• Power BI expertise (with certification such as PL-300).
• Strong visualisation and data storytelling skills – ability to create dashboards that influence decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – confident gathering requirements and translating them into deliverables.
