I am working with a leading wholesaler in the UK in their search to hire a skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to help shape the future of our commercial partnerships.

You’ll lead the negotiation and delivery of major B2B agreements, ensuring our contracts reflect strong commercial outcomes, robust governance and long‑term strategic value.

What You’ll Do

As Commercial Contracts Manager , you will:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end contract management process, working closely with the Head of Business Management, Governance & Risk
  • Draft and negotiate major contracts that align with commercial agreements, legal standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive contract discussions forward
  • Work collaboratively with teams across sales, propositions, finance, legal and operations
  • Identify, assess and manage contractual risks, resolving disputes and ensuring compliance
  • Enhance templates, frameworks and processes to continually improve our contract lifecycle management


What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience as a Commercial Contracts Manager within a commercial B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of contract law and the full contract lifecycle
  • Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex B2B agreements
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and negotiate
  • Analytical capability to interpret contractual data and highlight risks
