Highly respected law firm are seeking 2 specialist lawyers for their Employment team.

This can be at Associate and Senior Associate level and will cover acting for employer and employees on a broad range of topics.

This can include

• advice on disciplinary matters,
• performance management,
• unfair dismissal, discrimination,
• grievance and whistleblowing issues and claims,
• litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court
• settlement agreements
• work on contracts and policies,
• management issues,
• reorganisations and business transfers
