Elite NY Law Firm – London | Global Finance Associate (2–4 PQE) – Lender/Private Credit

We’re looking for a truly exceptional associate to join our London Global Finance team. This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to work on high-value, complex cross-border financings with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

The Role:

• Practice Group: Global Finance (London)
• PQE: 2–4 years
• Focus: Lender-side, private credit, English law loan transactions
• Work on syndicated loans, acquisition financings, structured credit, and innovative private credit deals
• Immediate exposure to high-profile clients and market-leading transactions

The Candidate:

You are a superstar associate who:

• Has outstanding academic credentials and top-tier law firm experience
• Has demonstrable experience on lender-side Global Finance transactions
• Is commercially sharp, technically excellent, and confident advising sophisticated clients
• Has a track record in English law loan documentation, including leveraged, acquisition, and structured financings
• Can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
