Quantity Surveyor

Job description

Integra Space is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing builders work contractor, based in Central London.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years working experience and assist in providing valuations, managing project budget and ensuring the financial success of live projects.

The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Support the Senior Management in preparing and managing project budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with the team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost estimates and financial reports.
• Assist with contract administration and document management.

Education: A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or studying towards one of these qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: £35,000-£50,000 per year depending on experience
