Job Title: Training & Communications Consultant (Energy Client Experience Required)
Location: Hybrid, 1days/week onsite-London, UK
Duration: 6months Contract Inside IR35
500GBP/day
Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Training & Communications Consultant to support a Salesforce implementation within the Energy sector. The role focuses on delivering effective training and communication to ensure successful user adoption of Salesforce across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite training to employees as part of the Salesforce implementation
- Design and deliver engaging training materials using tools such as Articulate 360
- Create user guides, training decks, and learning content tailored to different user groups
- Support change management and user adoption through clear communication strategies
- Work closely with project teams to understand Salesforce functionality and business processes
- Gather feedback from users and refine training approaches as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations
- Strong background in training delivery and communications
- Experience using Articulate 360 (or similar e-learning tools)
- Prior experience in the Energy sector (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver onsite, face-to-face training to business users
Desirable
- Experience working in large or regulated environments
- Change management or user adoption experience
