ERP Project Manager – Large-Scale Enterprise Implementations

I am recruiting for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join a leading Microsoft IT consultancy with 1,000+ employees across Europe. This organisation delivers major ERP transformation programmes across a wide range of industries and is continuing to grow rapidly.

This role is suited to a hands-on, self-starting Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up, and can operate confidently both at senior stakeholder level and in the day-to-day detail of delivery.

Key Requirements (MUST Have):

• Proven ERP Project Management experience within Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Background working for an IT consultancy
• Strong track record delivering large, complex, multi-site ERP implementations
• Experience managing multi-million-pound programme budgets
• Comfortable leading enterprise-wide transformation with multiple workstreams and stakeholders

Role Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of ERP delivery across full project lifecycle
• Managing cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders
• Driving project governance, reporting, RAID management, and programme controls
• Leading workshops, steering committees, and senior stakeholder engagement
• Overseeing system integration, data migration, testing, and go-live readiness
• Ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned to business outcomes
• Taking a proactive, “in the weeds” approach when needed to unblock issues and keep momentum
• Supporting wider consulting engagements and contributing to best practice delivery standards
