Oracle Fusion EPM Project Manager – Contract Opportunity


I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Project Manager to lead the technical workstream of a major Finance Transformation Programme.


This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded Project Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM to take ownership of complex integrations, data migration, and reporting activities, ensuring the successful delivery of a high-impact transformation.


Location: Hybrid – Durham (3 Days per Week)

Start: ASAP

Contract: 6 months

IR35: Inside


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP Accounting and Planning workstream, including alignment with the broader Finance Transformation Programme.
  • Manage the implementation of a new Treasury Management system and external partner to integrate with Oracle Fusion.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables and ensure alignment with the wider programme plan.
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and resources; manage changes in alignment with programme governance.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams and stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively mitigate risks and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum.
  • Foster collaboration and provide leadership across internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
  • Partner with business workstream leads to track progress and ensure alignment.
  • Support the transition to post-implementation support teams.


Key Skills Required

  • Extensive xperience managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex Oracle projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong functional understanding of Oracle ERP and EPM applications.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with external delivery partners.
  • Strong documentation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
