Revit MEP/ BIM Technician

Essex

£38-42/ hour

OUTSIDE IR35

Due to a number of project wins, we are looking for a Revit MEP/ BIM Technician from a building services background to join a very well-established Building Services Design Consultancy based in Essex on an outside IR35 contract basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The MEP BIM Technician will be working alongside the in-house M&E design team modelling individual service layouts and schematics, creating coordinated service layouts & 3D models.
• The MEP BIM Technician will be responsible for creating detailed and coordinated MEP services models in collaboration with the rest of the BIM Team.
• The Revit MEP Technician will be leading and reviewing the coordination of MEP services on projects.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

• The MEP BIM Technician will have experience of working on Revit MEP software as well as Navisworks and knowledge of AutoCAD,
• The MEP BIM Technician will have practical experience of working in a consultancy environment
• The MEP BIM Technician will have experience of working on an array of projects from stages 2-5.
