Manchester or Remote (with occasional project travel)

Up to £68,000 + Benefits

Leading Construction Consultancy | Major Public Sector Programme

An established and highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering a major public sector project.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile, long-term programme within a structured consultancy environment that offers flexibility, autonomy, and genuine career progression.

The role:

• Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
• Cost planning, cost reporting and forecasting
• Procurement and tender evaluation
• Contract administration
• Managing change control processes
• Liaising with client and wider project stakeholders
• Ensuring robust commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle

About you:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Experience delivering public sector projects (desirable)
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred)
• Excellent commercial reporting and cost control skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership (desirable)
