Residential Property Solicitor | 5PQE+ | High End Residential Development | City of London

We are instructed by a well regarded London City firm with a strong presence in high value residential development and investment property.

This is not volume conveyancing. The team acts for developers, investors and high net worth individuals on prime London transactions and complex residential schemes.

They are seeking a 5PQE+ Residential Property Solicitor with strong technical grounding and experience dealing with high value matters.

The Role

• Acting on high end residential sales and acquisitions

• Advising on new build developments and plot sales

• Supporting developer clients on site acquisitions and disposals

• Dealing with complex lease structures and title issues

• Working closely with commercial and real estate colleagues

What They Are Looking For

• 5PQE+ from a reputable residential or real estate background

• Experience with higher value transactions

• Strong drafting and title investigation skills

• Confidence dealing with sophisticated clients
